The Microclimate Ecology & Biogeography (MEB) Network grew out of the SoilTemp initiative and aims to advance global microclimate ecology and biogeography. We connect researchers, ideas, and data to better understand microclimate and its critical role in ecosystems worldwide.

How you can get involved:

🔹 Join one of our active subgroups
Collaborate with like-minded researchers focused on specific microclimate topics. Subgroups co-develop papers, analyze shared datasets, and collectively push the field forward. Our current subgroups include:

• The Arctic, Antarctic, and Above Treeline (AAAT) Subgroup

• The Peatland Subgroup

• The Dryland Subgroup
